Giải phương trình bậc 2

Yêu cầu
– Nhập vào số thực a, b, c là hệ số của phương trình bậc 2
– Tính nghiệm của phương trình.

Giải thuật
– Tính nghiệm theo delta = b*b – 4*a*c
